For pharmacies
Turn a one-time face-to-face with a customer into recurring revenue.
Consultations backed by real data pay off in more revenue per sale and customers who keep coming back.

“ChatGPT says if I’m exhausted I might be low on iron – is that right?”
Today that question goes to ChatGPT. With WTTW, it comes back to the pharmacy, backed by data, a plan, and revenue that stays with you.
How can WTTW strengthen your consultations?
You advise your customers individually – so do we. Two quick questions, then we’ll get in touch personally.
Which of these services does your pharmacy already offer?
Which of these challenges do you know well?
What if a tool boosted customer loyalty, trained your team, enabled recurring revenue – and gave you more time for the consultations that really pay off?
How it works
A customer comes to you with a health question. WTTW is a tool built for continuity: a dashboard for the pharmacy and an intelligent app for your client.
1. Everything in one app
Behavior, nutrition, supplements, lab results, sleep & energy and more, continuously checked against current research.
2. You decide
WTTW prepares the health plans / recommendations, you review them with your expertise and adjust them. The customer works in the app with a plan from your pharmacy.
3. Returning customers
Progress keeps being tracked, the plan updates – your pharmacy keeps accompanying the customer long-term.
The case of Leonie: a test becomes an ongoing relationship
Starting at the pharmacy
Your regular customer comes in with a health question, and this time you offer her a plan with your new service, WTTW.
Leonie gets started in the app
She logs her meals, connects her Garmin watch for fitness data, and adds which supplements she’s already taking.
Evidence based health plans
Blood test flags low iron. Individual adjustments by the pharmacist.
Life with WTTW begins
Leonie follows her plan directly in the app – including reminders and the first adjustments to daily life.
The recommendation becomes a subscription
The supplement keeps reordering automatically. The pharmacy stays her point of contact – also for new needs like an aTM initial assessment, which Leonie books directly with you.
The result becomes visible
A follow-up blood test confirms the improvement. You keep adjusting the plan – Leonie stays a regular, now with WTTW.

Recurring revenue
The health plan continues as a subscription – a one-time consultation becomes a lasting revenue stream.
Train your team
Webinars and training keep your team up to date.
More time for consultations
WTTW handles the data analysis – you gain time for the consultations that really matter. If you want, you can also offer your customers video consultations with you.
Optional: assisted telemedicine infrastructure
WTTW provides the technical infrastructure – billable at €30 per case.
What a customer is worth over a year
Roughly eight times the revenue from the same customer, spread across the year.
- €30 per assisted telemedicine case, reimbursed since 1 July 2026
- A share of supplement purchases through the plan
- Test and retest revenue
- Subscription revenue from the ongoing plan
Model calculation based on telemedicine reimbursement (§ 129 SGB V, Germany) and average supplement margins in pharmacy retail. Individual figures depend on customer base and product range.

Why now
Assisted telemedicine became a billable pharmacy service on 1 July 2026 under ApoVWG and §129 SGB V, at €30 per case. The service is billable today, and the framework it runs under is already in force.

Frequently asked questions
The essentials, before you talk to us.
Yes. WTTW supplies the data and a suggestion for you to review and adjust – the customer leaves the pharmacy with your recommendation. The app also optionally offers a video consultation: if you’d like to offer this service, in certain situations the customer won’t need to come in at all. Appointment booking can be linked to your existing booking tool.

No, in most cases WTTW fits into your existing workflow, so you won’t need a separate patient record system. Feel free to reach out so we can quickly go over the details together.
It depends on the package that fits your pharmacy. Options include an app variant that isn’t branded to your pharmacy, where your pharmacy is listed as the point of contact and repeat purchases are attributed to you; our white-label option with your own branding; platform-only access to just the pharmacist interface; connecting your own OTC/supplement shop; and a training package for your team with evidence-based AI and a knowledge base on supplements and health plans. We work out the exact terms in a personal conversation, based on the size and needs of your pharmacy.
You start with a first group of customers in the pilot period, before WTTW is rolled out pharmacy-wide.
All data is processed and stored exclusively within the EU – specifically in German data centers certified to ISO 27001 and holding a C5 attestation. This also applies to any processors, under corresponding EU data processing agreements. The AI components we use are specifically curated for the medical context.
WTTW is aligned with the requirements of the EU AI Act: transparently documented models, human escalation for critical cases, and ongoing compliance review. We are happy to discuss the details of risk classification in a personal conversation.
No. We roll out security updates and improvements automatically, with advance notice. Updates can be paused or rolled back if needed.
WTTW connects to common pharmacy management systems via standard interfaces. For individual or older systems, we review this together in the initial conversation.
Every system access is logged and can be reviewed by your data protection officer.
